The Healthy Personians, Substance Use Disorder Subcommittee will host the fourth annual Substance Misuse Summit Sept. 18. Events will begin with the Good Morning Coffee Hour from 8-9 a.m at Golden Corral. Cost is $2. No pre-registration is required.
