Special Olympics athletes get ready for competition

Bowling practice for Special Olympics athletes begins at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 28 at Palace Pointe on Durham Road. Practices will continue through May 23. The Person County Recreation, Arts & Parks Department and Special Olympics Person County will host the practices.

Updated medical records must be on file in the Person County recreation office before an athlete may compete or practice.
