A Roxboro restaurant owner is accused of offering money to minors in exchange for sex.
The co-owner of Clarksville Station Restaurant, Thomas Alder, 32, 617 Doug St., was charged with four counts of soliciting prostitution of a minor.
He was charged with three counts on June 10 and on June 18, a fourth count was added
The alleged incident involved four boys between the ages of 15 and 17.
Authorities believe that one of the acts occurred near the restaurant.
Investigators were notified after one of the victims came forward about the allegations.
Alder checked himself into a mental health facility at UNC Chapel Hill following the most recent arrest, according to the Roxboro Police Department.
A person who answered the telephone at Clarksville Station Restaurant declined to comment about the allegations.
Alder could face more charges as police continue its investigation.
The Roxboro Police Department believes there are more victims and are asking them to come forward.
