Palace Pointe closes doors for shutdown

St. Patrick's Day did not feel lucky this year.

On Tuesday, March 17, Palace Pointe, one of Roxboro's hottest entertainment spots, announced its closing until March 30, as precuation to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Palace Pointe followed the order of North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper, who announced the closing of all restuarants and bars state-wide on Tuesday morning.

Due to the shutdown, all five Palace Pointe bowling leagues are postponed until further notice. The Monday Morning Senior League, Monday and Thursday Night Mixed, Person County Bowling League,  and Walker Bookkeeping No-Tap leagues will not resume play until the 30th at the very earliest.

Updates will be provided as we receive more information.
