Francis Bruce “Jack” Jackson, 76, of Roxboro, died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2021 at his home. Born in Howard County, Md., he was the son of the late Edward Anthony Jackson and Beatrice Gertrude Shorter Jackson.
Mr. Jackson was a member of Teamster Local 355 in Baltimore, Md. When Jack was able he enjoyed playing horse shoes and hanging out with his local friends. He was enjoyed watching NASCAR and pulling for Jeff Gordon. Jack was an avid Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles and Washington Capitals fan.
Surviving are his children: Edward Bruce Jackson (Anna) of York, Pa., Brian Keith Jackson (Edith) of Arbutus, Md and Christina Ann McLane (Robert) of Roxboro; two brothers: Frederick Edward Jackson and Robert Anthony Jackson (Carolyn); 10 grandchildren: Edward Jackson, Jessica Jackson, Tyler Jackson, Brian Jackson, Matthew McLane, Jonathan Roelofs, Kyle McLane, Hunter Jackson, Connor McLane and Toby Jackson; one great-grandchild, Siefer Wayne Jackson.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
