Fletcher Earl Lee, 79, of 1377 Halifax Rd., Roxboro, died Monday, Sept. 7.  Born in Person County, Mr. Lee was the son of the late Charlie Ellis and Clara Thomas Carver Lee.  Mr. Lee retired from Eaton after 35 years and was a member of Triple Springs Baptist Church.  He is preceded in death by a grandson, Alex Lee.

Mr. Lee is survived by his wife, Ninez Gray Lee; four children and their spouses, Robbie Earl Lee and Julie, of Roxboro, Vicky Surles, of Clayton, Sandy Warren and Christian and Crystal Shotwell and Christopher, all of Roxboro; two brothers and their spouses, Billy Lee and Brenda, of Timberlake and James Lee, of Asheboro; six grandchildren, Rodney Lee, Charles Lee, Rachel Shotwell, Dylan Surles and Gabby Warren; two step-grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Brooks and White Chapel by theRev. Les Puryear.  Burial will follow in Person Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 10-11a.m. Wednesday at the Brooks and White Funeral Home prior to the service and at other times at the home.

Pallbearers will be Duane Lee, Rodney Lee, Charles Lee, Austin Pruitt, Dylan Surles and Curtis Powell.
