Hanging a fresh wreath kicks off the holiday season and fills the home with festive fragrance. Let us supply you with the materials to make your own traditional, mixed-green wreath from scratch.
The Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Association of Granville & Person Counties (EMGVAGP) is offering a Holiday Wreathmaking Workshop December 7th, from 9am till noon, in the auditorium of the Person County Office Building (304 S. Morgan Street, Roxboro, NC). This event is a fundraiser in support of EMGVAGP’s future community volunteer projects.
A $25 registration fee (cash or check only) will cover everything needed to create one Festive Holiday Wreath. Included will be the wreath form, wire, live greenery, and ribbon. Hemp 101: Learn the basics
Person County Cooperative Extension will host a program on the basics of hemp production. The class will be Tuesday, Dec. 3, on the Piedmont Community College-Person Campus in Roxboro, Room S100.
