The following reports were released Monday.

Roxboro Police Department

Tuesday, Feb. 18

1:36 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of a stolen license plate on South Main Street.

4:58 p.m. - Officers conducted a death investigation on Frank Street.

6:46 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of a larceny at Autozone at 401 S. Madison Blvd.

Wednesday, Feb. 19

3:01 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of financial transaction fraud on North Madison Boulevard.

11:08 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of shots fired on Park Street.

Thursday, Feb. 20

5:15 a.m. - Officers responded to an unnamed traffic offense on North Madison Boulevard.

9 a.m. - Marcus Anthony McDuffie, 36, of 216 N. Foushee St., Apt. 3, Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female. McDuffie was held without bond.

12:30 p.m. - Glen Arthur Nielsen, 40, of 390 Henderson Road, Apt. 7G, Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor child abuse. Nielsen was held under a $1,000 secured bond.

1:56 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of vandalism on Pine Ridge Drive.

5:09 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of a breaking and entering on North Main Street.

5:14 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of a larceny at Sheetz at 925 N. Madison Blvd.

Friday, Feb. 21

9:04 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of larceny at VIP Games at 225 S. Madison Blvd.

Saturday, Feb. 22

No time listed - Officers responded to a report of a breaking and entering and larceny on Pine Ridge Drive. Sunday, Feb. 23

2:59 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of larceny on Ridge Road.

4:52 p.m. - Frank Groce, 67, of 35 Sloan Road, Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering into a motor vehicle. Groce was held under a $500 secured bond.

7:36 p.m. - Malinda Dayle Byrd, 40, of 140 Azalea Drive, Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor DWI. Byrd was held under a $500 secured bond.

11:18 p.m. - Amanda Brown Barksdale, 50, of 917 S. Main St., Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Barksdale was given a written promise to appear and released.

Sunday, Feb. 23

1:07 p.m. - Bertulio Valasquez Audilcer, 26, of 600 S. Lasalle St., Durham, was charged with an unnamed traffic offense. Audilcer was released on a written promise to appear.

8:34 p.m. - Caustin Eugene Lashley, 43, of 370 Haywood Bailey Road, Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear. Lashley posted the $500 secured bond and was released.

Sunday, Feb. 16

1:52 a.m. - Hunter Alexander Frank, 28, of 1208 Red Mountain Road, Rougemont, was charged with DWI and fleeing or eluding arrest with a motor vehicle. Frank was given a written promise to appear.

Monday, Feb. 17

9:30 a.m. - Greg Mark Gentry, 42, of 8530 Durham Road, Timberlake, was charged with misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun. Gentry was released under a $1,000 secured bond.

11:41 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of property damage. The victim reported that someone had shot at a bedroom window.

Thursday, Feb. 20

10:14 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of a larceny on McGhee’s Mill Road in Roxboro.

12:02 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of injury to personal property on Woodsdale Road in Roxboro. The victim reported that had broken a window in the front of their home.

Friday, Feb. 21

10:20 a.m. - Jessy Dean Tuck, 20, of 156 Archie Clayton Road, Roxboro, was charged with felony possession of a firearm by a felon, felony breaking and entering a building, felony larceny and misdemeanor second-degree trespassing. Tuck was held under a $10,000 secured bond.

2:45 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of lost or stolen fire arms on Dirgie Mine Road in Roxboro. The victim stated that they were cleaning up their father’s house and found that two handguns were missing, but didn’t know if they had been stolen or were misplaced.

Saturday, Feb. 22

10:50 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of an assault on Burlington-Hall Road.

Sunday, Feb. 23

9:09 a.m. - Ariel Patrice Lunsford, 25, of 1154 Allensville Road, Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor cyberstalking/second-degree trespassing. Lunsford was held without bond.

12:45 p.m. - Terry W Edwards Jr., 33, of 1599 Gentry Ridge Road, Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor breaking or entering. Edwards was released on a written promise to appear.

2:20 p.m. - Melody Michelle Dunn, 30, of 505 Hicks Yarboro Road, Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear. Dunn was held under a $370 secured bond.

9:48 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of a breaking and entering on Preston Pleasant Road in Roxboro.
