The following reports were released Monday.

Roxboro Police Department

Thursday, Sept. 5

2:15 a.m. - Michael O’Neil Faircloth Jr., 29, of 7606 Highway 751, Durham, was charged with a misdemeanor parole and probation offense under the jurisdiction of Chatham County. Faircloth was held under a $5,000 secured bond.

Friday, Sept. 6

No time listed - Officers responded to a report of a larceny on Carver Drive.

10:13 a.m. - Brittany Nicole Allison, 28, of 267 Old Durham Road, Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear. Allison was held under a $500 secured bond.

4:59 p.m. - Officers took a report of a domestic dispute on Lamar Street.

9:41 p.m. - Tyler Brandon Whitlow, 30, of 578 Roby Barton Road, Timberlake, was charged with a felony drug offense, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor DWI and misdemeanor possession of an alcohol ordinance. Whitlow was held under a $5,000 secured bond.

11:02 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of marijuana possession on Durham Road.

Saturday, Sept. 7

No time listed - Walmart, at 1049 Durham Road, reported a larceny from Sept. 3.

12:26 a.m. - Sheetz, at 925 N. Madison Blvd., reported a larceny.

8:30 a.m. - Officers responded to a report of marijuana possession on North Madison Boulevard.

4:03 p.m. - Tyler Brandon Whitlow, 30, of 578 Roby Barton Road, Timberlake, was charged with a felony drug offense. Whitlow was held under a $5,000 secured bond.

8:31 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of communicating threats on Brookstone Lane.

9:38 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of marijuana possession on Cleveland Lane.

10:13 p.m. - Walmart, at 1049 Durham Road, reported a larceny.

Sunday, Sept. 8

12:36 a.m. - Kendra Lashanda Jones, 25, of 2021 Dirgie Mine Road, Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor DWI. Jones was given a written promise to appear and released.

8 a.m. - Donald Ray Hamlett, 64, of 1407 Chestnut St., Roxboro, was charged with felony possession of a firearm by a felon. Hamlett was placed under a $10,000 unsecured bond and released.

6:04 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of a break-in on Leasburg Road.

8:35 p.m. - Maurice Justin Watlington, 41, of 304 Nichols Ave., Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing on a railroad right-of-way. Watlington was held under a $500 secured bond.

Thursday, Sept. 5

1:15 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of a larceny on Overby-Riley Road in Roxboro. The victim reported various jewelry items and an air rifle had been stolen. An investigation found that the jewelry had been sold to Quick Cash Pawn in Roxboro.

4:56 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of injury to personal property on Manor Drive in Timberlake. The victim reported someone had torn off the gas door, cut a tire and scratched the rear passenger door of their car.

10:43 p.m. - Anthony Baretta Terrell, 42, of 86 Jessie Hicks Road, Roxboro, was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, selling cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Terrell was held under a $50,000 secured bond.

Friday, Sept. 6

1:03 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of obtaining property under false pretenses on Jones-Paylor Road in Roxboro. The victim reported she hired someone to build a retaining wall and do some landscaping. She reported the landscaper had never done any work or returned calls for the past five months.

1:22 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of aversion on McGhees Mill Road in Semora. The victim reported letting her aunt take care of her dog. They said their aunt had the dog for about three years but would not return it.

Saturday, Sept. 7

9:05 a.m. - Mary Jean Phillips, 55, of 905 Lucy Garrett Road, Roxboro was cited for a misdemeanor in relation to a Sept. 6 report of aversion involving a dog she was allegedly caring for. Phillips was cited and released.

Sunday, Sept. 8

1:50 p.m. - Danny Louis Jones, 45, of 118 N. Brookstone Lane, Roxboro, was charged with misdemeanor communicating threats. Jones was cited and released.

5 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of an assault on a female on Turtle Hill Court in Roxboro. The victim reported being punched after saying no when her son’s father asked for a sexual favor.

5:33 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of an ATV crash on Ira Watson Lane in Roxboro.

9:45 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of a larceny on Wiley Bradsher Road in Hurdle Mills. The victim reported that they were in the process of moving out, but several items were taken from the room they were renting.

Monday Sept. 9

1:17 p.m. - Deputies responded to a report of conversion on Burlington Road in Roxboro. The victim reported his brother had been evicted from the home the victim inherited from his mother. When the victim returned to the home three days after the eviction, he found the appliances had been removed.
